En raison de nombreux abus, un acompte est maintenant demandé pour confirmer la réservation. En cas d'annulation/report moins de 72h avant la prestation réservée, cet acompte sera encaissé et non déduit d'une prestation ultérieure (hormis situation exceptionnelle imprévisible).

Due to a number of abuses, a deposit is now required to confirm a booking. In the event of cancellation/withdrawal less than 72 hours before the booked service, this deposit will be cashed and will not be deducted from a subsequent service (except in unforeseeable exceptional circumstances).
